We had another appointment with the doctor on Thursday. Since the last ultrasound was not able to show the heart and umbilical cord, we had another one at this visit. It was great to see the little one again! The heart and cord looked good so we probably won't have anymore ultrasounds- great news, but a bit of a bummer! (obviously we have had way more chances to see our baby than most and I think we have gotten used to it) The next appointment (at 28 weeks) will be the routine visit with a screening for gestational diabetes. During the ultrasound the baby was kicking quite a bit. He/she is still in the breach position, so most of the kicks were landing on my bladder! Here is a cute picture- aparently the baby likes playing with it's toes!
We also got a pretty good profile shot! Regardless of the gender of this baby- I'm in love!! Just look at those pouty lips!
While we're looking at pictures- here is another belly pic of me. It had been a pretty busy day and I think it shows on my face! This pic was taken at 24 weeks and 2 days.
After our dr's visit Jeremy and I decided to head over to Babies R Us to register. It was EXHAUSTING!! We were there for a little over 4 hours and we still didn't finish! I'm still trying to add the last few things online. Next weeks post may be a little messed up- I'll be in Seattle for my sister's wedding- just be patient- I promise to show some pics!

I am so in AWE!!! Honey, you look tired but wonderful. LIttle one is growing leeps and bounds and as you can feel anxious to be here and make his/her presence known. I only pray for the best. See you in a couple days..I love you sweetie

I just love your blog!! Pregnancy agrees with you for sure..you look so beautiful. Being tired is something you both will have for some time to come with a baby. :o) The ultrasound photos are GREAT!! Baby Christian is just precious!! I know that you and Jeremy are anxious for the little ones arrival...it is one of those special unforgettable moments in your life you will always remember and love.

Thanks for the post! It really brightened my day. I have to admit I started crying. Baby is soooo cute, it runs in the familes, ya know!!! Don't worry about making your post I will make sure you do it on Thursday, I've already penciled it into the schedule!!
